Hello and welcome to the course ;)
Hope you had a great summer and that your batteries are recharged, ready for your journey into webdesign ;) I’m looking forward to getting to know you, hear all about your ambitions and plans and to teach you all about the wonderful web. I hope you’re prepared for a lot of hard work, plenty of creative thinking and a lot of fun ;)
To begin with – please comment on the questions below. Let’s talk about what we are hoping to achieve during our time together :)

Unfortunately there will be a few bits of paperwork for us to complete throughout the course, some more useful than others. This first form is an ILP, ie an ‘individual learning plan’ which asks for your specific goals and any other issues. It will allow you to check back on your initial plans and keep track of your progress. We will revisit this during our tutorials.

I am happy to be on this course, i am very thankful that you gave me a chance to be your student.knowing that i only have a basic background. I am excited to learn and looking forward for the whole year

My main reason for signing up to this course was purely to learn something useful that could potentially benefit my career and also to change career direction.
I am hoping to learn new skills and software and to also be creative again (something I have not been for a very long time!)
I think the skills needed for a professional career in web design are knowledge of code, software and creativity. also the ability to keep on learning and self teaching will be very important for progress and development in a changing field.

In a professional career in webdesign/development I think I need good understanding of Html and all tecnical requirements, great skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver and obviously a creative thinking.
This is what I also hope to learn doing this course, or to at least gain the basic knowledge which will help me get familiar in this field and progress in the future.

The reason i joined in because although i have done a lot of coding in the past but there was always something missing in about the “Design” bit of it. Always thought i could do better.
Read about the course but honestly when i met “Prisca” i realised i am at right place and on right time.
Try not to disappoint her at the end of the course and personally love to carry some weight by the end of this course, So can work with “The standards of web”.

I am very interested to learn web design ,because now a days hole world depends on the internet . internet is the one way to get earth is near .It’s has a bright prospects . It’s inspired me very much . my main aim is i want to build up my self a web designer .
