Before we had off on our trip to Milton Keynes for the MK Geek Night a few links and notes to get to know the speakers a little more. This will be a fun and educational evening ;)
Make sure to take plenty of notes. If you've never tried doodling instead of or in addition to plain old written notes, give it a try. Here's a selection from @cole007 to inspire you:

Thank you MKgeeknight speakers! your words were most inspiring to someone like me, who still at 24 years old doesnt know what she wants to do in life and hopes web design might be “the one” ;-)

Thank you Richard and David for organising such a wonderful and inspiring event! I felt truly energised on my way back to London, looking forward to Prisca’s next webdesign class the following day. Thank you also to Cole, Ben, Rachel, Nick, Emily and Martin for sharing their insight and experience so generously with the rest of us.
