To make sure that your client project will go as smoothly as possible – work on establishing a good method for communication. This could be through phone calls, emails and/or meetings. It will be vital to clarify your brief and keep track of agreed changes – so stay organised with all files and take note of all communication carefully.
One option you should explore is Google Docs. Start by simply using it yourself, if you are not doing it already :) If you like working with it – suggest this method to your client and explain how you could make use of the shared documents to discuss details and make changes.
