Time to have a closer look at grids ~ read up on grids in webdesign and collect your thoughts and conclusions in an essay. Even though I realise you are not looking forward to this - I hope that you will find it very useful once you get started :)

With our christmas holiday coming up - I'm giving you a little gift in form of your own subdomain, under the webeyedea.info site. Hoping you will make good use of it - you will have 50MB of space which should be plenty for a few sites :)
(I will be happily increase the space if you need - so please just let me know :) I'm putting a cap on the space to safe-guard you from uploading huge files by mistake, such as your prep folders and working files).

About to write up some notes for you about creating stylesheets to fix IE display errors - I thought of Chris Coyier, his recent plight to regain ownership of his domain and his excellent references.
I don't think I can give you any better guidance than Chris - read his excellent write-up on CSS-Tricks. Thanks, @chriscoyier :)

A brilliant post from Christian Heilmann ~ I just love it when you see someone make a point in such a direct manner. An absolute must-read before you get carried away with Javascript :)
And this is what progressive enhancement is about, really. And there is nothing evangelical about that – it is plain and pure pragmatism.
