At THC we have an exceptionally strong Creative Arts department. We offer courses specialising in Art, Design, Media Studies, Multimedia, Film, Journalism, Photography, Creative Computing and Web Design. At advanced level we offer National Diplomas which are well-respected in the industry and recognised by universities.

Skills covered include:
contextual studies, drawing skills, idea development, development of storyboards, 2d digital Illustration and layout (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), 3d digital Illustration (Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya), 3d modelling (Autodesk Maya), digital compositing, website design and planning, information architecture, design towards webstandards and accessibility guidelines, 2D and 3D animation, and many more.

Entry Requirements:
19+ by 1st September in the year of entry. A qualification at level 2 and/or a strong portfolio or showreel of creative work which demonstrates a commitment to continued study in your chosen area. An awareness of contemporary practice in your area of interest and an ability to discuss this at interview.
